Louise Falardeau began designing clothes in the late 1980s, sharing a store/atelier on René-Lévesque Boulevard in Quebec City. In 1992, she opened her own shop several doors down and sold her creations under the Falardo label. She worked in leather and suede, in addition to designing classic women’s clothing for clients ages 30 to 50. In 2005, she began working in Nunavik, and ceased activities relating to her brand in 2008, when she joined Nunavik Creations.
