Dinh Bà

Since 2000

Dinh Bà is a Montreal fashion designer who makes comfortable, low-maintenance separates and dresses for professional women.

Although his collections are designed and manufactured in Quebec, Dinh Bà brings a touch of Asian inspiration that can be seen in his choice of prints, textured fabrics and bright colours.

Born in Vietnam in 1975, Dinh Bà moved to Montreal at the age of eight. He learned the basics of clothing design working alongside his mother, a professional seamstress. He then studied at LaSalle College, graduating in fashion design in 1999. After working for a number of Quebec brands, including Lino Catalano in 2000 and Mackage from 2001 to 2003, Dinh Bà launched his own label in 2004.

As of 2019, his creations were sold in some 40 stores across Canada, through his online store, and at his boutique/atelier at 1455 Amherst Street in Montreal, which also offers an exclusive collection of men’s clothing under the Dinh Bà label.
