Christianne Brunelle has a degree in architecture and works as a senior executive in a company when she decides to redirect her career to live out her passion.
In 2008, she opens, on the Plateau-Mont-Royal, a bridal store adapted to every budget and offering a personalized customer service.
The showroom is established in a building of Saint-Laurent street. The store is the very first to offer a service exclusively by appointment, therefore providing a high-end experience to its clientele. Word of mouth allows her concept to become a success story.
A few years later, brides-to-be travel from all across Canada and even across the world, to discover Christianne’s dresses. She offers a local collection, as well as various world-renowned brands, exclusive to Québec, she also travels to the USAs and to Europe to uncover the best trends. The team is composed of passionate stylists and seamstresses.
Christianne has put into practice her architecture degree to create an exceptional space.
The spacious store gives off a unique atmosphere in a high-ceiling loft with a bay window through which the Mont-Royal can be admired. The hardwood floors, the crystal chandelier, and the vintage wallpaper create a harmonious atmosphere. Each client benefits from an hour and a half long consultation with a professional stylist. Christianne chooses to mention the prices of her products, which is not the current practice among bridal stores. She stands out from other creators and offers exclusive designs on elevated displays to simplify each client’s choice. In a pretty boudoir decorated with tulle and sequins, princesses dresses are showcased, notably the creations of Modeca, in the Netherlands, of Air Barcelone, as well as more modern designs, like those of the New-York brands Hayley Paige Theia Couture.
